This 40 year-old woman from the Brownsville, Texas area presented to my cosmetic surgery clinic for a Mommy Makeover (Breast augmentation with Tummy Tuck). She is 5’3” tall and weighed 191 pounds. This 56 year-old woman from the McAllen, Texas area presented to my cosmetic surgery clinic for a Mommy Makeover (Breast augmentation with Tummy Tuck). She is 5’5” tall and weighed 171 pounds. As part of her mommy makeover, we performed a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with VASER liposuction to her abdomen, flanks and back. She understood that implant augmentation alone would result in an unsatisfactory result with residual breast ptosis and a Snoopy Nose deformity.
