VASER Liposuction with Fat Transfer

This 32 year-old woman from the Edinburg, Texas area presented to my cosmetic plastic surgery clinic requesting liposuction and fat transfer. She is 4’11” and weighed 114 pounds. She had undergone successful laser liposuction to her abdomen and flanks one year ago. At that time, she had not wanted fat transfer, but she was now noticing some recurrent lipodystrophy to the areas treated and now wanted fat transfer at the time of her redo VASER liposuction procedure. She was very slender and we discussed additional VASER liposuction to her inner thighs and outer thighs as well as to her abdomen, waist and flanks in order to obtain enough fat to enhance the upper contour of her butt. We performed VASER liposuction to all areas with additional Hi-Definition (Hi-Def) VASER to her abdomen with fat transfer to her butt enriched with platelet plasma. Her results are shown several months post-op. She loves her new body contour and how long and lean her legs look! She continues to maintain her cosmetic surgery results.

This 38 year-old woman from the McAllen, Texas area presented to my cosmetic plastic surgery clinic requesting liposuction to multiple areas for body contour enhancement. She is 5’7” tall and weighed 145 pounds. Although she already had a lower abdominal scar and we did discuss scar revision surgery, she wanted to avoid the recovery of a formal tummy tuck, which requires flap elevation, plication, and drains. Because she has no stretch marks and minimal diastasis recti she was a good candidate for VASER liposuction to her abdomen & waist for her body contouring. This 42 year-old woman from the Harlingen, Texas area presented to my plastic surgery clinic requesting a Mommy Makeover and body sculpting. She is 5’3” tall and weighed 126 pounds. One of her primary concerns was a large fatty tumor (lipoma) in her left flank, but she wanted to avoid the large scar on her back that would result from traditional surgical excision of this lipoma. We successfully performed Laser Liposuction under ultrasound guidance to direct the laser energy into the lipoma while performing laser liposuction to her flanks as part of her “Single Scar” Mommy Makeover surgery that also included a full tummy tuck with a transumbilical breast augmantation (TUBA – i.e. “Belly Button Boob Job”™). Gluteal Enhancement – VASER Liposuction Removal of Injected Silicone with Fat Transfer Reconstruction

This 32 year-old woman from the McAllen, Texas area presented to my plastic surgery clinic for treatment after receiving illegal, black market silicone “butt-pumping” injections. Although she had initially had been without symptoms, she was beginning to experience pain and discomfort in the areas injected, and her skin was becoming congested and with discoloration. She was very anxious and wanted to remove the offending silicone that had been injected. I reassured the patient that she was not in immediate danger and that I could help her. Her examination showed soft tissue fullness in the areas injected, as opposed to the hard, encased silicone granulomas that can sometimes develop, and which require formal surgical excision. This patient was a candidate for a minimally invasive, VASER debulking of the injected silicone with immediate gluteal reconstruction with fat transfer. She is 5’2” tall and weighed 138 pounds. For her procedure we performed donor VASER liposuction from her flanks, outer thighs, and inner thighs to harvest the fat and sculpt her waist. The harvested fat was prepared and enriched with her own Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). We then performed VASER liposuction to debulk the silicone from her butt. We transferred 540ml of fat into the left side and 620ml into the right side to obtain a symmetrical result. Her results are shown at only 2 months post-op, and she loves her cosmetic surgery results!

This 23 year-old man from the McAllen, Texas area presented to my plastic surgery clinic requesting liposuction and skin tightening to his flanks and waist. He is 6’1” and weighed 194 pounds. We discussed using VASER liposuction to promote skin tightening and enhance his liposuction results. As part of the VASER Lipo procedure, we delivered 10 minutes of VASER (high frequency ultrasound) energy to each flank before aspirating 475ml of fat from the left flank and 550ml of fat from the thicker right flank.
